Description:
a simple 5 -10 mins prep dish

Ingredients:
ginger
Fresh Abalone Mushroom - 10-15 medium size
Seaseme Oil
Light Soya Sauce

Directions:
cut the ginger into abt 5-7 slices first then make it into strip
Place the Abalone Mushroom in a plate
Place the strip of ginger on the mushroom
have some sesame oil & light soya sauce over the mushroom
Steam for 5-10 mins
